Certain information is collected when shopping F.L. Davis. The basic information needed to process an order is:

Credit Card Security

We do not store or receive credit card information.  All transactions are processed securely through Epicor Payment Exchange for your protection.

How is the information used?

We use the information you provide to us for the following:

2.  Contact you should a problem or concern about your order arise
3.  Status updates about orders Package Tracking Information
4.  Upcoming promotions that may be beneficial to you

At no time is your personal information obtained by us given or shared with third parties.

Shipping

1.  F.L. Davis offers shipping to all US street addresses.

2.  At this time, International orders are not supported.

3.  F.L. Davis generally ships UPS. F.L. Davis may also use other carriers such as FedEX, USPS or LTL freight companies that best meet the shipping solution for your order.

4.  Orders typically ship out of the warehouse in 1-3 business days. Special orders may require longer times and the customer will be contacted with more details should this be the case.

5. Some products may be shipped directly from our vendor and manufacturer partners for the fastest delivery times.

6.  A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided with the order when the item ships.

Double Boxing

Some items that are large, heavy or fragile may need to be double boxed in order to meet shipping requirements. These items may be subject to additional shipping charges as a result. Please email admin@fldavis.com for additional details or a quote if you are unsure if the item you are purchasing may require double boxing or may incur additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Shipping

It is important to immediately inspect your shipment for any damage before signing the receipt. Resolution of hidden damage not identified at the time of delivery is difficult to resolve. If there is any damage or missing shipments, F.L. Davis will file the claims with the appropriate carrier. Please email admin@F.L. Davis.com immediately or call F.L. Davis at 501-206-4223 to report discrepancies within 72 hours of receipt of goods. F.L. Davis will need certain documentation such as photographs, descriptions etc in order to properly process a claim. All shipping materials and package contents must be kept until the claim is settled or released by both F.L. Davis and the shipping company. Failure to follow this guideline may result in damage claims that cannot be resolved by F.L. Davis with the shipping company.


Returns & Exchanges

Thirty day return policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.fldavis.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased (excluding Gift Cards and gas-powered outdoor equipment*), you may return the item up to thirty days after the original purchase date to receive a store credit (less shipping, handling and other charges). We recommend that you make returns of online purchases at one of our stores. If you do not plan to be in the area, please contact us at 501-206-4223 for return instructions. 

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.

  After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

 *Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment cannot be returned once gas or oil has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of these materials.

 

Returning an Item to Our Online Store

We recommend that you make returns of online purchases to an F.L. Davis retail store near you. If you do not plan to be in the area, please contact us by calling 501-206-4223 for return instructions.



*GAS-POWERED OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY

The following return policy applies to gas-powered outdoor equipment:

Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment (such as tillers, edgers, mowers, string trimmers, blowers, tractors, generators, chainsaws, snow blowers, as well as all other gas powered chore equipment) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, with original receipt, provided that it is in like-new condition. Such equipment MAY NOT be returned once gas or oil has been put in it, even if the equipment has been drained of these materials.

However, please note that if your Gas-Powered Outdoor Equipment is defective or is not functioning properly, its service and warranty issues will be handled through the authorized service center. Authorized service center information can be found in the owner’s manual or contact Customer Service at 1-866-290-5334 to obtain location information for service centers. Note that appropriate maintenance and use of your equipment is required to ensure manufacturer’s specified warranty is not voided.

F.L. Davis's Lawn and Gardening employees help customers with repairs of certain small engines.  Please call us to see if we can help.  If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer of an item directly with any parts and repairs questions.
